Onelog allows administrators to give users access to Internet resources without revealing confidential logon information. Real Time Activity Button
View what is being used now, by whom, location, how many applications and how long this resource has been running. This also allows administrator to terminate a users session (very useful during scheduled maintenance or misuse)

Onelog can allow users to launch applications from their standard web browser. Remote access of CD ROM/DVD's are lightening fast, licenses can be controlled & usage can be monitored.

Upload Documents
Now you can upload PDF's, word docs etc into Onelog and track usage. Onelog will enable you to control access rights and track who viewed document, when, what time & from which location.

Onelog can logoff too
If you subscribe to a resource that is restricted by a concurrent user license you will probably know the problem when someone does not logoff. Don't worry; Onelog will take care of that for you, freeing the license for other users, automatically.

Onelog allows organisations to advertise new databases which are on trial or that have been recently purchased so that all authorised users are invited to use them and provide feedback. Coupled with usage statistics evaluating subscription content is no longer a haphazard process.
