PaperCut 10.5 released
This release features multiple personal accounts, re-sending data after connection, watermarking and job attribution, digital signatures, print policy support, simple mode web print for Mac and Linux, ad-hoc bulk user updates, new card swipe option for secure release and find-me printing and a new environmental impact desktop widget which has been developed in conjunction with 'do something' the non-profit organisation supporting the Paper-Less Alliance. LanSchool releases student app for iPads, iPods and iPhones
ITS is delighted to announce the release a new app on iTunes called LanSchool Student. The LanSchool Student is available free in the iTunes App Store. The LanSchool app is primarily a student response system, the students can respond to true/false and multiple choice questions sent from the Teacher console or teacher's Assistant. It supports iOS3 and iOS4 and runs on iPads, iPods and iPhones.

Onelog 8.2.0.3 released
The latest version of Onelog has been released, this new release features a new module called Web Control which allows you to guide users to pertinent research content and control costs. This allows you to direct users to appropriate content, prevent access to expensive resources, suggest alternative web sites and show users messages when they use a resource.

PaperCut 10.4 released
This release features scheduled reports that now may be saved to disk as well as sent via email. Also featured is new server-commands and web services APIs for adjusting/setting group memberships. This helps administrators on large networks by avoiding the need to fire off a full user/group sync when a user provisioning script may have created just a single user. Learn more
ITS Customer Satisfaction Survey 2010

This release features page-level colour detection for PCL6 which performs a detailed analysis of print jobs to determine the usage of colour on a per-page basis. ITS are pleased to announce version 3 of R&R (Resource Booking & Access management) is due for release in April 2010. This release brings several new features including; fines for late returns and collect and return reminders.
Faronics Power Save v4.1 is now available
Changes in this version are; 'save open documents' interface which provides details on files saved by Power Save, resume from standby option and a stay awake feature which allows users to keep their computers awake by temporarily disabling PC power management. Version 4.1 is lighter and features a more efficient workstation interface.

LanSchool v7.4 supports Windows MultiPoint Server 2010
LanSchool Technologies LLC announced that LanSchool v7.4 supports Windows MultiPoint Server 2010 for both the teacher console and student software. Windows MultiPoint Server 2010 is a new Windows product targeted at educational institutions, for use in classrooms, labs and libraries, which allows multiple users to simultaneously share one computer. LanSchool worked jointly with HP and Microsoft to develop and test LanSchool v7.4 on HP MultiSeat hardware. Read more

PaperCut 10.0 released
Version 10.0 of PaperCut is now available. This release brings several new features including printer groups and some visual updates to the client tool. The printer groups feature allows printers to be tagged or grouped together for management or reporting purposes. The client tool has had a graphic and GUI effects makeover and now with the "glassy" look found in modern operating systems.
