Value Loaders for Automated Cash Payment

ITS offers a range of hardware-based value loaders that allow users to pay money into their accounts using coins and notes. The user authenticates at the value loader using their username, user ID or one of a wide range of supported cards and adds credit to their account by making coin and or note payments. Receipts can also be provided.

Copicode Value Loader

The Copicode Value Loader allows users to add credit to their network printing and copying accounts. Users can logon via the use of their network username and password, numeric user IDs, swipe cards, barcode cards and proximity cards including Mifare and HID. The Copicode Value Loader accepts a full range of coins all from the convenience of a robust fully integrated device.

Virtual Cash Acceptor

The Virtual Cash Acceptor allows users to add credit to their network printing and copying accounts. Users can logon to add credit to their accounts via the use of numeric user IDs, swipe cards, barcodes and proximity cards including Mifare and HID. The Virtual Cash Acceptor takes coins and notes and issues receipts as standard, all from the convenience of a robust fully integrated device. There is also an option to have The VCA terminal in coin only format with no receipts. The VCA supports PaperCut MF, Pharos Uniprint and Off-The-Glass. Users can top-up their accounts quickly and efficiently making it ideally suited for busy public library or education environments. Pay-As-You-Go

ITS’ Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) print solution allows users to print to a paused print queue without preloading their accounts with credit. Users go to a print release station attached to a PAYG coin acceptor, they select their print jobs, they are told the cost, they insert coins and only then are jobs printed. ITS’ PAYG system is unique in that it provides change when over-payment is made. Please note that in North America payment can be made by both coin and note (due to the lower value and use of coin currency).
