A: So far ITS has not encountered any web-resources that Onelog cannot connect to and monitor. As a result we believe that Onelog can manage anything that runs in a web-browser!
Q: Is there a limit to the number of resources our firm can add to Onelog?
A: No, Onelog allows unlimited resources to be managed by the system. There are no licensing restrictions or added costs if the number of managed resources were to increase.
Q: Does Onelog use its own browser?
A: From Onelog X8 onwards the solution uses Internet Explorer 6 or higher. We are working on support for other browsers currently.
Q: Does Onelog support tabbed browsing?
A: Yes, Onelog supports tabbed browsing in Internet Explorer 7 or higher.
Q: Is Onelog a proxy server solution?
A: No, Onelog is not a proxy server solution. It uses the internet connection available on the user’s computer to connect to web-based resources.

A: Yes, Onelog is compatible with Citrix Metaframe, Presentation Server, XenApp, XenDesktop and Windows Terminal Server.
